Q: Can you please advise if it is advisable to buy an 7-8 year old apartment, What are the pros and cons ?

Latest Answer: Hi Sahil, If you are buying for an end use purpose then you can buy the apartment but if are planning to sell the property after 5 to 10 years then I do not think you will get good returns as apartments are good in condition for 15 to 20 years, after that it need renovation. People will prefer to buy a brand new flat than going for a 20 years old apartment.
