Hi Manu, There is only one way if your father agree to execute gift deed of your parts of share in your favor. It has to be stamped and duly registered.
No, you can't registered your part of share in absence of your father's knowledge into your name until or unless he is ready to transferred it to your name or make a gift deed for you that part of share.
