Planning to Book in Assetz Cosmo Need Suggestion about this Project

Q: Hi i was going through a lot of projects around North Bangalore and felt this project is good to buy can someone give suggestions for the same.

Yes the location seems to be good and the builder has good name in the market should wait for the start of this Project..

Hey Partho, How many apartments are planned and how much is the total land area? Kindly share the price details as well.

The project is spread over 3 acres of land and there will be total of 422 units. The price of the apartment falls in the bracket of Rs 31 lakhs to Rs 74 lakhs approximately.

it is a Pre-Launch project as far as I know offering 1, 1.5 and 2 bhk apartments. The project is located in one of the popular residential area of North Bangalore which is linked with Nagawara Outer Ring Road, Railway Parallel Road and also Bellary Road. It has close proximity to famous Manyata Embassy Business Park also.
