Garden Grove Phase 2 : Borivali West

Q: Hi, I am thinking of buying a property in Garden Grove Phase 2 by Kamala Builders. It's a 3bhk and the locality is Chickoowadi borivali west. Wanted to know review of this property if someone has already bought a flat or is staying in one of their 2bhks for which possession were already given.

Hi Dhara, Even i am interested in 3bhk in Kamala Groove 2. I visited the office and seems the possession will be in Dec 2017. Do you have any idea about it?
Also I dont see much advertisement for the 3 BHK wing of Kamala Groove 3.
Sachin

Correct Sachin. I too was confused for the same reason. Everything seems right from the flat perspective like location etc but their sales office is closed, like you said not much advertisement and not even a brochure that they have to share. So little skeptic and hence hunting out for more information. Please let me know if you find anything. Also I dont think it would be Dec 17, it might be March 18 as heard from trustworthy sources.

Hi,
Garden Groove Phase-2 by Kamala Group located near Kanti Park, Shimpoli Road, Mumbai id offering 2BHK flat in 1350 sq-ft. and it's per square feet rate will be Rs.13500. Possession has started for this project. It is good time to buy a property in Borivali West because the price has dropped by 8.5% in last one year.

Boriwali West is one of the well-developed localities in Mumbai. Located between Dahisar and Poisar Rivers. It provides seamless connectivity as it is well-connected to all major areas of Mumbai city. It is a hub of the Western Railways and offers good connectivity to the Western and Harbour rail networks. Borivali’s proximity to the airport is an additional advantage for its residents.

Hello Dhara!!
Before buying flat in Garden Grove Phase-2, visit the builder's office, ask for all the legal approvals such as title deed, approved floor plan, IOD and Commencement Certificate, all required NOC from the authority, banks approval, completion and occupancy certificate. Verify it by a legal expert and then go for it.

You are right Rajat.
Apart from that, one should visit the project site, check the construction quality, should make conversation with the flat owners who is living in the society, should check the approach road and its connectivity to the other parts of the city and last but not the least, daily basic necessities from the society and then move for the buying option.
