Even we have booked apartment in Earth Towne. Still we are waiting for an update. Visited site few months ago. construction is not going on. Worried about the future. Could any one help us to show the path how can we cancel this booking. Really feel cheated. Our hard earned money is blocked. Any foroum is there where we can lodge complaint.

I have booked a studio apartment in tech one. I feel the company has cheated us. If there is some group taking legal action against the company I will like to join and share the expenses.

Yes, and it is found that Earth Infrastructure has dues amounting to over Rs 40 crore to the GNIDA for land lease charges. many buyers who have booked their residential and commercial units in this project has filed a case of cheating at the Allahabad High Court. They are also working out on the process of taking a collecting complaint to the economic offences wing.

Hi Sanjeev!!
If you had done a little homework before your investment, you will not be trapped. I found lot's of negative reviews about this developer. Their delivery record is very poor and almost all project has faced some legal issues. Better, take the advice of a legal expert in your case. Thanks......

You can contact Mr. Anish Behera mobile no. 09910233303. He is the group admin for people having complaints against the earth infrastructure. Some legal action has already been taken.
