I understand your point Alexander. But is not majority of Pune areas are still under tanker water reach only. I liked the project because of its location, openness, amenities and proximity to main city central. I do not think other areas of Pune gets this much in this budget. So, you can go for Vascon Forest County.
Latest Answer: Thank you so much for your replies. Do you think Kharadi will be a good area to live in if I ever want to purchase a home when I decide to come back to India for good? I have never lived in Pune thus the questions.
