In the last 2 years the construction has only progressed by 1 floor. Per their RERA document they have reached only the 5 th. floor. These builders truly have NO conscience. It is considered their birthright to exploit and frustrate honest salary earners.

Now Insolvency proceedings have already been filed against Kohinoor CTNL which is the promoter of Kohinoor Square. Much of the funds we paid to Kohinoor Developers had been diverted to the Kohinoor Square project. In my view unless all buyers together move swiftly buyers investment could be in serious trouble.

We were initially informed that this building possession would be on Dec 2017.
A 2 Year Delay is a Financial loss of at least 15% .

Builder has already registered the project in RERA by giving an arbitrary completion dated on December 2019. People who have booked in this project need to get together and for a forum

It is true that work is no going on. Please check the RERA site in which the developers have mentioned completion of the project by December 2017. I would suggest we form a forum on this.

They have mentioned the Completion date in RERA as December 2019 and not December 2017 as erroneously mentioned in my previous comment.

Yes, a builder can not advertise and sell their flat before RERA Registration. If Your project is under construction then builder has to take the approval from the concerned department for sale their respective units. And in absence of RERA he can not start further construction. I think you should call the executives and ask for the delay reason. Thanks

Hi Viju,
I think you should talk with your builder as the project is getting delay by almost a year. I think builder is registering this project with RERA and waiting for the registration. Try to visit developer office.
