Hi Anup,
Some societies are getting water. Warje plant is not going to complete immediately & after it does, the water first will be given to areas around Warje, Bavdhan, Pashan. Earlier, builders here were saying that water will come from Aundh. Now its Warje. Tomorrow it will be Vadgaon. And this water issue is going on for past more than 10 years. Now its your call.

I think you should visit the locality and ask with the neighbours. He will give you the exact information. If you visit the project site, you can know about the current status of this project as well as connectivity and civic amenities.

Before booking your dream home, make sure that the project is approved by MAHA RERA. In absence of RERA approval, project will be considered as illegal and basic amenities will be stopped by the local body.
