The Baner-Balewadi area may be a hub of development, but basic amenities such as water supply are still sadly lacking despite ample supply in the dams. Hi Shweta, I am also planning to book a 2BHK Flat at B2 Bldg, but the salesperson is not ready to comment on the possession period. When I visited the site for the first time they said it would be ready by Dec 2017 or max Jan 2018. But then after one week, they told me that Mar 2018 is the final date of completion. As of 15th May 2017, B2 progress is 4th Slab work is in progress, how will they be able to give by Mar 2018 considering May to July is the rainy season and the construction does get slower. I am still a little bit confused.

Hello Vinay, I enquired recently they asked for Price Rs. 6000 per sq ft. And possession will be given by March'2018, and they have agreed they will follow RERA act. So, don't go until they will provide you the RERA Registration number of Shagun Perfect 10 as it is an under construction project.
