I would like to suggest you, visit the project site, see the approach road, transport facilities, connectivity, water, and electricity facilities and then go for it.
The Baner-Balewadi area may be a hub of development, but basic amenities such as water supply are still sadly lacking despite ample supply in the dams. Q:Saw their sample flat.Flats are too small. I don't like the layout.Too much rate quoted.No branded fittings.Unknown builder.No Kajaria Tiles.Kitchen work is below average.Omega lifts which is not reputed brand.Doors are not laminated.Sanitary fittings are of unknown brand.There are better projects available in this price range on other side of highway in baner.Not worth the money which is ask for this project.Avoid at any cost.
Latest Answer: I am the owner of flat here. Builder is among the worst and cheap and pathetic, and ultra miser. He will do only bare minimum things required to get any related approval from PMC.
He has eaten away all the maintenance from society members and used society resources(water, electricity, security) for constructing more buildings. If you go into details you would find out the kind of cheap infrastructure he has provided, be it solar water heater, rain water harvesting or water pipe line connections in society. We member will have to bear big expenses in coming future for repairing works.

Q:Aditya Breeze park located at Baner Pune. I am interested in a 3BHK flat for resale at this society. The flat is on the 12th floor which is the top floor. Want to know if there are any leakage issues. Also want to know in general if there are any issues related to Security, Water etc at this property.

Q:We are not getting corporation water in Sun horizon. Builder has provided 3.5 inch connection to each building. Corporation has given completion certificate 4 months back.
