Opinion About SLV central park

Q: I am interested in this project. But I want to know about the credibility of the builder. How is the quality? Which year was the project started in? I would highly appreciate if someone can give proper information.

The only problem I can see is it is very close to factory and the near by roads smell very dirty. i think the smell will reach to that project if wind will be there.In the same place there are many big project is going to come next month. and their base price is little bit high but other changes are to high. like maintenance ,club house changes. i think they are looting people.

Hi Folks,
Last month I got a good deal of reasonable value. They have many projects in south Bengaluru. All are well maintained with proper docs. Their staffs are also good and kind of regular follow-ups. And loan got approved without hassle. They have approved with many banks so no need to roam around for loans. All their plots are in the well-located place where metro is coming in near future. So its a very good deal with a maximum return on minimum risk.

Is SLV Central Park is a RERA approved the project? If yes, then what is its RERA Registration number? Which local body and financial institutions have approved it?

Yes, SLV Central Park is a RERA approved project and its registration number is PR/KN/170808/001181. As far as the local body is concerned, BDA has approved it and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering loan for it.

The Central Park project by SLV group is an under construction project.They have successfully completed several projects in over all cities. I heard Central Park 2bhk price starting at INR 47 lacks.All the specifications, location and everything s classy.Neatly built. Easy access from High Road. So many options to buy a Flat. Reasonably priced. The promised other amenities also get functional, best bet to buy a FLAT here.

Hi Bala,
I hear that project is very decent but highly priced. They are charging other charges like clubhouse, car park etc. even more than brigade, prestige, and assets Groups. One can get ready to move in less cost. SLV projects not known for good finishing. I met sales team not ready to negotiate my suggestion better look for ready to move in the same area.
