Latest Answer: The only problem I can see is it is very close to factory and the near by roads smell very dirty. i think the smell will reach to that project if wind will be there.In the same place there are many big project is going to come next month. and their base price is little bit high but other changes are to high. like maintenance ,club house changes. i think they are looting people.
