Q: we are planning to buy 2 Bedroom set in 52 Lacs in tranquility if anyone selling please contact me. Also can someone help me in reviews about locality like playschool, schools, transport,medical facility, etc. also please let me know how much is the monthly maintenance charge in tranquility.

Here are some hidden charges too including maintenance which you have to pay. These are Car park Rs. 250000, Floor rise Rs.15 per sqft for each floor and, Rs 75 per sqft for premium units.

Approximate additional charges- Bescom or BWSSB- Rs.100 per Sqft, Adv. Maintenance - Rs.42 per Sqft, 1st year Sinking fund Rs.42 per Sqft and, Generator for 2 BHK- Rs.75000 and 3 BHK Rs.120000.

Nearest Bus Station Kadugodi Bus Station, Nearest Metro Station Baiyapanhalli, IT Hub Mphasis Pvt Ltd, MG Road 21.1 kms and Bangalore International Airport 34.3 kms.

Hi Naveen,
Prestige Tranquility, Budigere is 38 acres project which means for you to come to the main road you have to walk till the main gate. So for everything, either you have to walk a lot or bring out your vehicle. Secondly, It is around 2.5 kms inside the national Highway but you will have to take transport to come to the main road or your own vehicle. The area is well developed and you can get good capital appreciation on it.
