Latest Answer: Yes, I am agreed with Daksh. There are some buyers, who researched a lot before their investment but still stuck and do not get their flat possession. According to me they should buy their own plot and should construct their own. Society is not for them. Do your own due diligence before investing anywhere in India. Ask for all the legal approval, verify it with a legal expert, approach road, connectivity to the other parts of the city, nearby basic facilities, transport system and then move forward.

Q: I am a owner of an apartment in prestige tranquility and have an concern the on posession charges and the maintenance charges are not the same as informed and has increased, has any one else faced this issue

Latest Answer: the project is screwed up and builder is onlytelling lies they told me that keys will be handed over on july - then aug then sept they took amount on june 30 and have not done anything .... who will take care of this ??? it is daylight robbery builder has no respect for common man money

Q: Hi,

I am planning to buy a 1bhk in Prestige Tranquility. I will use it for 3 to 5 yrs and then later buy a new one. Will it be easy to sell it in future? How about rental values? Also i heard there is some factory nearby and is causing some foul smell. Can anyone confirm it?

Latest Answer: HI Sairam, I have a 1 BHK 722 sq. ft to sell urgently. I think the time of 3-5 years would be right to reap actual benefits. There is no smell and moreover all the 1 bhk are situated towards the back side of the project hence it will eitherways not impact you. Thanks, Prabhat
