difference in charges

Q: I am a owner of an apartment in prestige tranquility and have an concern the on posession charges and the maintenance charges are not the same as informed and has increased, has any one else faced this issue

the project is screwed up and builder is onlytelling lies
they told me that keys will be handed over on july - then aug then sept
they took amount on june 30 and have not done anything .... who will take care of this ??? it is daylight robbery
builder has no respect for common man money
