Hi All,
SLV Central Park, Whitefield, Bangalore is a decent project but highly priced. They are charging other charges like clubhouse, carpark etc even more than Brigade, Prestige and, Assetz. One can get ready-to-move-in less cost.I met with the sales team, they are not ready to negotiate. My suggestion to you all, better look for ready-to-move-in the same area. Completion as per RERA is 2021 and beyond.

Are all approvals in place? As you have mentioned above that it is an under construction project. Would I know its RERA Approval Number? Which local body and financial institutions have approved it?

Yes, SLV Central Park, Whitefield, Bangalore is a Karnataka RERA approved project and its Registration Number is PR-KN-170808-001181.
As far as local body is concerned, BDA has approved it and almost all the leading banks such as SBI, HDFC, Axis, PNB Housing Finance etc are funding this project.

SLV Central Park is built on 4.5 acres of land by SLV Infrastructures, located at Whitefield, Bangalore and comprises of 2 blocks of 11 floor each. It has 311 1, 2, 3 and, 4BHK apartments and 29 duplex apartments. Apartment sizes vary from 755 - 915 sq.ft (Built-up area) in 1 BHK, 1100 - 1185 sq.ft in 2 BHK, 1337 - 1586 sq.ft in 3 BHK, 1223 sq.ft 2BHK Penthouse, 1519 - 1657 sq.ft 3 BHK Penthouse and, 1914 - 2172 sq.ft in 4 BHK Penthouse. Its per square foot rate is Rs.4980 for apartment and Rs.4300 per sqft for Penthouse. This project is still under construction and developing at full pace. As per the developer, its possession date is December 2020.
