Yes, Whitefield area is well developed now. Being close to ITPL, the area has its own charm. Buying a property here will give you an option to re-sale or rent your property in future. Due to under-construction of Namma Metro Rail Phase-2, this place will be well connected to the other parts of the city. I would also like to suggest you look for Varthur Road location as it is very close to Whitefield and properties still looks affordable there. This locality is a good option for both end user as well as for the investor.
