There is an availability of reputed healthcare centers, educational institutions, shopping complexes, cafes, restaurants, recreational facilities, etc. Civic infrastructure has been a cause of concern lately. If you want to get good appreciation in this locality then your time frame should be at least 5 years for better ROI.
