Tertiary water drain through the property

Q: Hi,
I am interested in investing in a 2 BHK in this property.However o could see a water drain passing through teh middle of the property.Regulation states that a buffer of 25 m needs to be maintained from any tertiary water drain
Has anyone checked the legalities and builder compliance around this

I was talking about Bollineni Silas.it is a township comprising of about 500 apartments and constructed by BSCPL INFRA Limited.It is towards Whitefield around 4 kms from.hopefarm

Which project and developer are you talking about? Where is the project exactly located in Bangalore? What is the issue with this project? Can you provide some inputs on it as it will help a lot of new buyers? Thanks
