Tertiary water drain through the property
Q: Hi, I am interested in investing in a 2 BHK in this property.However o could see a water drain passing through teh middle of the property.Regulation states that a buffer of 25 m needs to be maintained from any tertiary water drain Has anyone checked the legalities and builder compliance around this
