Better, you can file a complaint with your respective state RERA authority. They will get back to you personally and charge you Rs. 1000 to investigate the issue and get back to you with real solutions.

Hello All,
Atay away from this builder. They are one of the worst builders in Delhi-NCR. Almost all their projects are getting delay by 3-5 years. Een some projects are delayed by 10 years. People who have invested their hard earned money still waiting for their flat possession. Their construction quality is too bad and people who had got their flat possession are still facing seepage issues.

Yes, Supertech is the worst company with no transparency. There are so many litigations going on with their past projects and RERA has warned them to deliver all their project within given time otherwise, they have to pay the huge penalty.
