What about the locality and the government approvals?

Locality is upcomming with the proposed FNG expressway that will connect faridabad and ghaziabad to noida is on one side of theRomano... moreover the metro too is planned to be extended and when finished there will be a metro station within 1km of the project.

And yes they do have the needed certificates and approvals from Noida authority, the fire departments and the green building certificates etc... this was told to me by one of theri brokers...

well the city centre metro station is nearbyonly its around 4 kms.... and there is Fortis hospital which is 5 kms away as well as many reputed schools like DPS in the 5 km radius...

Yes Prasad... although the company is selling in prelaunch, the brokers say that construction has started.. tThe builder does have a name and many completed projects to its kitty..so hoping that this too will be a good project with good construction standard.

yeah..i heard that this will have 18 towers and G+24floors and they have 2 bhk, 2bhk with study and 3 bhks on offer... the sizes are also decent with 2bhks of 1060sqft size and 3 bhks of 1700 sqft.

well prasad.. the base price is Rs 4350 and for some more week they are giving prelaunch discount of Rs200.. so u can get it for Rs 4150 if you book now.

well they have tie ups ICICI, HDFC,Axis etc and you can get 80% loan..so if you are looking at a 2 BHk..you need to pay 10 lakhs from your pocket and get the rest on loan...
