Vajram Esteva, Bellandur by Vajram Group is a KARERA registered project and its RERA Registration number is PRM-KA-RERA-1251-446-PR-170916-000254.
As far as local body is concerned, BBMP approved project and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as HDFC, LIC, SBI are offering loan for it.

Vajram Esteva is an ongoing residential project by Vajram Group situated at Bellandur Outer Ring Road, Bangalore. It offers 3, 3.5, 4, and 4.5 BHK residential flats. Variants are available from 1374 - 1985 sq-ft (Carpet area) in 3 BHK, 1516 - 1574 sq-ft (Carpet area) in 3.5 BHK, 1897 sq.ft (Carpet area) in 4 BHK, and 2106 sq-ft (Carpet area) in 4.5 BHK. Its per sq-ft rate is Rs.6500 per sq-ft. As per developer, its expected possession date is July 2019.
