Hi Prasad,
I want to know two things about this project first, whether they have mentioned carpet area on the agreement or not? Are they charging service tax on under-construction units? As per the rule, builder can not charge service tax on under-construction property but the same will charged only on PLC. Kindly reply ASAP.

Here is the updates on Siddha Galaxia Phase-2, Rajarhat, Kolkata as of 08-03-2019 - 1) Block Atlas 13th floor- casing work is going on, 2) Block - Bianca - Outer Wall Coloring is going on, 3) Block - Cygnus 13th floor
casting work is going on, 4) Block - Ophelia outer wall colouring is going on , 5) Block - Orion Outer Wall Coloring is going on, 6) Block - Phoenix - 13th floor casting work is going on, and 7) Club House 3rd Floor work is going on.
