Currently, this project is under-construction and ready-to-move by December, 2019.
Hi, Rs.2200-2300 per sq.ft will be the reasonable price for CMRS Palm Hills. Try to negotiate with the builder. As far as project locality is concerned, Bangalore International Airport Devanahalli is just 5 mins drive and Proposed STTR (Satelite Town Ring Road) just 3 mins away from the locality.
is there any scarcity of water in this locality ?? also will there be any issues in getting approvals for construction of concrete buildings ?? they told they will allow G+1 for 30 X 40 plot and G+2 for 30 X 50 and above
