Q: Has anyone invested or interested in investing in CMRS Palm Hills / Sammy's Palm Hills located at the foot hills of nandi hills ?? what would be the ideal price to buy in case if someone is planning to invest ?? they are quoting rs 2500 per sq.ft all inclusive(infrastructure, PLC , corpus , maintenance,GST, clubhouse membership) excluding registration
