Q: Can anyone share the area of apartments they are offering and what is the construction status of the project? How much will be the cost of an apartment here?
Worst people do not put money with them even if they have provided all documents which is not going to help you. more then 4 to 5 people are already sufferring after investing.
I have visted 2 projects, They have no EC and OC which is near to M Halli and One near to B HJalli. Few projects are not approved fully. But when taking money they will say it will get over by 2 years. I paid money at Garuda Blossom the project is still going on from last 2.5 years not much of progress. Now if i asked me to wait for 6 months. Very poor response for owner he escaped everytime whenever I call he will i am not in Bangalore. No guaranty for your money planning to reach out police station and book case under RERA
Hye Robin, It is exactly on Batrahalli main road opposite to Salarpuriya new apartment, construction is going very fast and now they have completed the 3rd floor preparing 4th floor, brick is completed by 30%. overall status is very nice
I am looking to buy a 3 BHK apartment in East Bengaluru. Preferably in KR Puram region. Got to know that Garuda Royal Homes project is coming under that area. I need to know certain info. Can someone please help with some suggestions? 1. How is this builder? Is the builder reliable? Construction quality etc
2. Do they have all approvals. A khata, BBMP or so 3. Do they provide CC and OC

Pros: The strategic location of K. R. Puram at the intersection of the Outer Ring Road and the Old Madras Road has been a silver lining for the people here. The brilliant connectivity this place has to all other localities of Bengaluru favored the commercial growth in this area immensely.
Cons: The road below the hanging cable bridge at the K. R. Puram junction is very narrow considering that it’s an intersection for three roads. This has created a lot of traffic congestion issues in this area causing a lot of chaos and inconvenience. There are many water problems that have been reported in this area.
