Ozone urbana credit note validity

Q: Hi, I am planning to purchase a flat on ozone urbana. The bilder is saying agreement will happen on a price higher than what we agreed on and he will issue a credit note to me for the difference amount. Is it ok to proceed with the credit note thing or I can land in trouble later as the amount on agreement will be something else? What is the validity of credit note?
