Q: Any flats available for sale in Jains Abhisek apartment

Q: Could someone advise, 1. Is this good apartment in terms any general things we look at basically? 2. I heard a dirty water canal going thru in the middle, is it affecting the apartment in any case? 3. As there are so many flats available, won't there be any water problems in future? 4. Is the building made strongly and acceptable? 5. Is this PACE builders existing apartments are nicely made and long living? 6. I heard lot of mosquitos problems after evening and nights, is it affecting people? Please advise me, as i'm planning to buy a flat here.

Q: Any legal issue or other issues in Evergreen Enclave layout
Latest Answer: I am interested to buy a plot here. But couple of things are slowing me down: 1. what i found that all the plots are in shape of parallelogram. How well would it suit for cosntruction - What would be the amount of setbacks that we need to leave for proper buliding approval. 2. Most of the plots are 28 Feet frontage. They say that as per CMDA rule, we have to leave 5 feet setback only on one side, if the frontage is < 30Feet. Is this true? Thansk in advance, Raj

Q: I am going to book a flat in Pace Adarsa. Any one any suggestion about the Builder , Building, Quality and Relaibility.
Latest Answer: The apartment cost is around 20% higher/Sq.Feet and is waiting to be sold from May 2011 due to higher price and other reasons. Definitely negotiable. Reasonable price would be around 3200/Sq. F Good Luck
