Q: I got call from Savitry Greens . Their sales team is very good. They have cleared all my doubts and queries in a professional manner. I am ready to buy 3 bhk flats from Savitry Greens. Also recommended to others.

Latest Answer: As first home buyers, we naturally visited many residential developers in the Tricity area in order to have a good base of comparison. It didn't take us very long to decide that Savitry Greens-2 was the one for us. After a few friendly visits to the sales center, everything fell into place. The sales consultant provided us with photos and floor plans that made it easy to visualize the home that we chose.

investment option - nirmal chhaya is a good deal?
Q: I have heard of many complaints and bad word about nirmal chhaya, pearl. No registry and excess maintenance charges with no services at all? is this true? I was thinking on investment in nirmal chhaya, please suggest.

Latest Answer: Hi Raj...these rumours may or may not be true. You better deal with the builder and other owners. I don't think this problem is covered by any paper also. I am sure you will find out a way.
