Latest Answer: HI Rajarshi, I will suggest not to go with Orris Aster Court due to reasons mentioned below. a) Close to village, b) No green area, c) huge society and more than 70 % under construction from many years and will continue for many more, d) approach through village road. I will suggest you can look at following options. Mapsko Paradise 3BHK (65 lakh) and Vatika G 21, 2BHK 65 Lakhs.

Q: seeking feedback for projects by Orris in Gurgaon ( project name : Project and carnation and aster court).
Hope the land and the project has been approved by all govt authorities hows the quality of construction and reputation of builder as it is their first project . In short is it a good value proposition and what is the best resale rate for 3 bhk
Latest Answer: Hi Gaurav, both the projects are good as i feel... the price in resale for carnation is around Rs 5300 /sqft and aster court is around Rs 4800 /sqft. Both the projects are good and the builder is also considered good by the brokers who i was talking to..
