Q: Hi,
I am in the process of buying a builder floor in Vipul World, sec 48, Gurgaon in F Block.
I have heard that F block have a cremation ground near it.
Can anyone explains how far it is, and is it functional.
Latest Answer: Yes, there are water treatment plant and cremation ground which is the main issue for this project as it spread smells of waste in the daytime. Visit the project site and check the locality and its connectivity to the other parts of the city. Also, check the electricity and water facilities in the society. Check with the local authority that in future, this water logging and cremation ground may be resolved or not.

Latest Answer: HI Rajarshi, I will suggest not to go with Orris Aster Court due to reasons mentioned below. a) Close to village, b) No green area, c) huge society and more than 70 % under construction from many years and will continue for many more, d) approach through village road. I will suggest you can look at following options. Mapsko Paradise 3BHK (65 lakh) and Vatika G 21, 2BHK 65 Lakhs.

Q: I will be shifting to Gurgaon in 3 months and looking for good 4BHK flat for my family. I checked with Aura by Mahindra Lifespaces. They seem to have good amenities. Should I consider going for it?

Latest Answer: Hi jay, sector-44 is good residential area in term of locality and connectivity. In my view it is covered by commercial and residential project. but in other hand rate of investment is quite high in this location , if you are really going to reside in this location then it is good option but if you r taking as investment purpose then look outer gurgoan where u get max return in upcoming yrs.

Latest Answer: I'm living in Tulip Apartment for past 1year. The construction quality is pathetic, and the maintenance is even worse. It is like a hell, once u start staying here you will get to know that the maintenance here is like that of sarkari colony. And I have seen the situation is same in all of their projects. So please think twice before regretting your decision.
