Q: Yesterday I came to know that the design of Crossing republic is not approved by GDA and there is 350 hundred crore scam. I booked a flat in Nector tower of Ajnara Gen-x, how much it is affected due to this. Already in my last visit i found the construction has been on hold but not know the reason. is is due to this that govt has released a stay order? Please reply.....

Latest Answer: last year i booked a flat in nector towerand i visited the site recently and constuction in nector tower is going on in full swing 9/10th floor is on board . and the other part of society is on possession and many families in other towers residing in our society , one another thing i want to tell you that prices of flats in our society is on boom rates are approximate 3500-4000 sq ft so dont go on roumers and enjoy and feel proud be a''''''' republican'''''''''

Q: It is a common practice not to inform owners of pending dues at an early date.This helps builders to charge more amount as interest. I was charged late payment interest amounting to Rs 1,10,000/-. Had I been informed two years earlier I could have saved at least 70% late payment interest. Swaraj Senani

Latest Answer: Mr. Senani you are an educated person thn why you paid penalty for wrong done by others?? such practice of builder is only due to your negligence towards yourself. what blunder he would have done if you did not pay him the wrongly imposed penalty... just think!!!
