Q:At Thane, MH, one of the reputed builder had launch 20% per year subvention scheme. So far builder has charged 40% and this year 2020 end builder is demanding 20% more as per the agreement then total will be 60%.Building is 44 floors plus 3 floors of parking but so far only plinth work and 2 floor parking structure is done. The cost to customer is not in compliance with the work done. Per agreement it is 20% per year but construction is not compliance with payment. What is the legal advise to customer here for this year? Hold or release another 20% payment this year.
