Q:I booked a 2bhk flat in dlf new town hts. sector 86 block D,which was a non plc flat. Now after 3 years I recd. a mail from dlf stating that due some layout plan change, the flat alloted to me is a 3bhk flat & I would be alloted some other flat which has plc of around 450000, which is an additional burden for me. My querry is if this problem is there,it should be for the whole block! Is anybody else also facing this problem, if yes is there any way out or we have to pay the plc which has been levied due their mess up.
