Q:Hi, I have booked a flat in Eco Villa -2 in 2010. The possession date at that time was 1-Jan-2013, but due to all the issues in between, the work was delayed. Now the new date of possession is set as Mar 2015. The question is that, if the work was interrupted for 1 year, why the date of possession has increased by 2 years and 3 months or may be more is some cases. Also do we get compensated for the delay?
