Q: What could be best possible rate of 1435 sq-ft 3 BHK in Sec-79 Ajnara Belvedere project as per current rate?
Latest Answer: Yeah, I think 5200-5300 per sq-ft is very reasonable rate for Belvedere, Sector-79, Noida. I am also planning to buy a 2 bhk flat in it. Can anybody provide me its RERA Registration number?

Latest Answer: Hi Brajesh, If you really want to investment in property in Noida or Greater Noida, i would like to say that wait for at least 3-4 months. Recently, real estate market is very slow and lot's of inventory pile-up in the NCR region. And most importantly, Real Estate Regulation Bill and demonetisation has badly effected this sector. It is expected that the 90% of the deal in real estate market is in black money. After demonstration, construction work on many projects in NCR region will stop due to money crisis. So, if there will be no buyers then builder is impelled to low their flat prices which can benefit you in the coming month.

Q: Hi, I am planning to book a flat in Gaur Sportswood in Sec-79 Noida. Builder already reduced price from 4695 to 3995/- PSFT. They are offering me 4500/- all inclusive price. Please suggest do I need to wait some more time or its good time to invest.

Q: What will be the booking amount of a 2BHK flat? Is it true that they offering free car parking?
Latest Answer: Please check the status of other project of this builder. Possession is still pending in Sikka Kaamna Green and Karnam in sec. 143. Poor construction quality and not fulfilling their promises, as they are not paying the EMIs of the buyer under subvention plan No EMI till Possession.

Latest Answer: Hi kamal, Gaur sportswood can be a good option for investment and the prices are expected to be rise. but there are good number of builders developing their projects at that location so that can be tough challenge for Gaursons to sustain with the quality and pricing of the projects accordingly.
