Q: If builder ask to submit stamp for the registry amount on property despite legal order of Supreme court in land acquisition case of noida 76. Is the possession barred if we do not gave stamp duty cost until the final clearance from Supreme court. Can we ask for the possession and registry can be done at later stage after final verdict when court allow the freehold of the property

Q: i heard this is a very bad society? name the facility and area and you have the issues? I heard they have water issues, electricity issues, safety issues, DG issues, cleaning issues, builder issues and goons issues.

Q: Hi,

I own a flat in the W tower that was promised possession in Dec 2013.. Its running too late and now Amrapali is bombarding us with messages to prepay to avoid increase in service tax. This is ridiculous.. we will need to pay additional service tax because the builder delayed the project. This is unjustified. The builder needs to pay the penalty as well as the additional service tax they are demanding now.

Q: Flat in P-tower. Builder to pay for additional 105sq ft amounting to 2.5lakhs. As per contract 775 sq ft is the carpet area. Measured today and found it to be 770 sq ft. they are not able to justify. please suggest! We need to fight this together!

Latest Answer: I also came to know that they have refused to give the penalty of late delivery of flats. This is TRIPLE knock to us - Delayed flats (means additional rent), Additional payment for small change in balcony size and then no penalty. Is there any social / owners group that is talking to them for this cheating ?

Q: The quality of construction is extremely poor. The layout is bad. The corridors very narrow. It is not liveable.

Latest Answer: The worst builder I have dealt with buying a flat in Amrapali Silicon City as the management and the amrapali silicon city team does not even respond to the emails or phone calls properly for providing the status on the possession of my flat; even after paying full amount 2 years back to them AMRAPALI !! WORST BUILDER !! WORST BUILDER !!

Q: May any body know about Possassion of Silicon City. It was I think promissed in March 2013 and (+/-) 6 months with penalty clouse. What is the current situation of Constructions. I booked in N block at 15th floor and could not see from more then 1 year. Please post here. Thanks

Q: Hi,I am Jitendra intrested in buying a 2bhk flat in ground floor want to know that is this project is approved by the competant authority and will it be worthfull for future as an investment.
Latest Answer: The project is located just 0 Km. from Sec-50,2 Km (Approx) from Metro Station,45 Minutes Drive from Airport and 15 Min Drive from DND Flyover. Hence the connectivity is good.
