Q:Has anyone here heard of Alpha Residency in Vellalore? I was thinking of investing in the area. Is this project good? Or should I look for another one?
Latest Answer: They are giving both 2 BHK residential houses and residential plots. see Vellalore, as a locality isn;t developed yet as per city standards. That will take time, so I suggest invest in a land here. The Alpha guys are selling for 18 lacs, look around you will find cheaper than that also.
