Q:Developer is not at all serious about electrification of the project and is unnecessarily ignoring his responsibility since 2012....We should take a legal action and will meat with the West Bengal State Electricity Board and HIDCO to short-out the dispute on permanent connection of electricity.. The arrangement of DG is absolutely a temporary arrangement..If there is any fault of the developer,then that should be solved and permanent connection of electric line should be installed..In this regard the owners should form a group..Now the question lies about how we can proceed..
