Q: Hi,
am an owner of hiland woods. recently the maintainence bills have
gone up to INR 5800 per month.

when is the electricity likely to come in (right now workign on
generators provided by the promoter)

Is your apartment has association? If yes, your association can demand your promoter for electricity or mail a letter asking the status of the same. If association is not formed, write a letter to promoter and get signed by all apartment owners inquiring the same
