Sylvan view not a developed locality.
Q: Why this side of the electronic city phase ii not developed. The approach road from main to road sylvan view is not at all good.. also this area in like rural area... and people not coming for rent also. Investing huge money in this layout is total risk, instead buying apartment in half the money of this villa will give you income and solve commutation problems.
