Q:Want to know how reliable this Dharani Infra venture is?And there Open Plot which they named as Tulip Heights they say is HMDA Approved is it True? Normally all outer areas fall under Panchayat then how come they are claiming HMDA approval? Can please throw more lights on performance and reliablity of Dharani Infra Venture?ASAP

Dharani Infra has one more project in Indrakaran Village (Sangareddy Mandal, Medak Dist) there broucher shows near by site is IIT Campus, Aurobindo Research Center, Gitam University & Ordanance Factory.

Will it yield good return in long term if purchased?

We are seeing Sankarpally region too has got several good project offering Residential Plots by Aperna Builders and Hiranandani, so compared to Sankarpally (Rangareddy Dist) will this region (Sangareddy Dist) grow faster?
Prices by Hiranandani & Aperna are high compared to Dharani because this 2 guys are giants.
