Latest Answer: I don't think there is any such issue nearby. Otherwise, buyers must discussed on it via forum sites. Now-a-days, buyers are more cautious before buying any property, they discussed on multiple forum, ask for the reviews, want to know the best rate for the locality and project, connectivity and approval and then they proceed. I didn't heard any such neighbourhood issue.
