Q:We had bought a 3BHK flat in Pune in 2003 and were asked to pay a one time maintenence then ,which we did .But the society was handed over by builder only last year i.e 2013.Now there is no cash with society hence we are asked to pay maintenence fees accrding to square feet of our flat .Is it legal to do sowhen everyone is using the same facilities?
Latest Answer: Builder is constructing another building in our compound hence he didnt hand over the society till now, also is a relative of a local MLA,hence he does what he feels like. When we bought the flat we had a club house with gym,now all that is broken down to make way for the new building
