Q: Hi there everyone, Me and my partner are planning to move to this particular apartment called Manasa Sriranga which is in Yadavgiri. I want to know whether any of you know about this project. If you know, please share some information about this.

Latest Answer: Hey guys, i think that you should also know about the connectivity of this region. The roads are connected through this place are Sayyaji Rao Road, 3rd Main Road, and Vivekananda Road, etc. Colleges are also very near to the area. Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering and St. Anthony's Junior College etc.

Latest Answer: There are lots of other amenities available here, like Car Parking, All round garden, Lift, DG Backup, Children Stage, Pantry etc. The houses are all vastu compliant, and they are all earthquake resistant also. All in all a good investment option

Q: Hi. I am moving to Mysore with my wife and 2 kids in two months and was looking for housing options. How is Pratham DIya in Yadavagiri?


Latest Answer: They are selling at Rs 3350 per sq ft I think. And the location is brilliant. Right next to Ramakrishna Ashram and Vidyalaya, and Mysore Eye Hospital, Chandrakala, are all within 3 kms. City life will be very satisfactory

Q: Dear friends! Happy dasara! But for dasara this time, are the authorities doing any road repair? Especially in the main Yadavgiri region.
Latest Answer: Yeah. mainly the Sayyaji Rao Road is being repaired. Another place which is full of potholes is the road connecting RMC Circle to the Highway Circle. really hopeless. I am praying they patch the road up.

Q: Hello guys. I will soon be commuting daily from Mysore for work by train. There was some hike in parking prices I guess. Any info?




Latest Answer: There is some track doubling work also going on right? At the Mysore junction. Or is it over? That will bring in more trains. Eventually more passengers will definitely be using the parking lot. Can't help but pay.

Latest Answer: Hey 2 BHKs are small here, but some people like small homes. More modern amenities and facilities are provided. 2BHK is around 967 sq ft to 1190 sq ft

Q: Does anyone know what aort of infrastructure facilities are available in Yaddavgiri. My spouse and I recently moved here and want info on things to do in Yaddavgiri. Also how is the locality, real estate wise? Does it seem like it's got potential for price appreciation in the future?








Latest Answer: The Sayyaji Rao Rd here in Yadavgiri is a bit messed up to be honest. It gets damaged easily and the broken road, cracks, potholes is not a good sight for your eyes, nor is it good for your vehicles.

Q: Hey how profitable is the real estate in Yadavagiri in Mysore? Any suggestions for 2 bhk residential apartments in the locality?
Latest Answer: There's another residential apartment called Vaishnavi Sarovar apartments which actually has 2 bhks available right now! All the facilities including swimming pool, club house, wifi, atms, gym and security are provided. The square feet for a 2bhk is around 1400 sq.ft but the price to buy the apartment is on request. It is in a great locality and this seems like exactly the kind of place you're looking for.

Q: I recently read in the news that Yadavagiri is going to be a prominent locality for investment. But does the locality face any sort of civic issues?

Latest Answer: This is a good locality. It is in close vicinity of many IT centres and well established schools. Definitely has lots of room for improvement but that is true with all of Mysore! Apartment buildings are the most preferred here. I think it's because there are more employees who are bachelors, renting apartments. But there are also a lot of residential projects in the locality. Civic issues will easily be fixed in the near future. But this locality makes a lot of sense to live and invest in.
