Latest Answer: I live in one such locality. V V Mohalla. There are new residential projects cropping up and as a result the water pressure has reduced in our homes. But some authority from the Mysore Grahakara Parishat (MGP) has assured that new pipes will belaid down with higher diameter to solve this issue.

Latest Answer: Now even NRI's in Karnataka are super interested to invest in Mysore. Currently, about 30 residential projects are being developed. even commercial properties are upcomng in Mysore. a signifcant residential project is Central Park at Ideal Jawa by Shalom Voyagers, where there are many advanced facilities. EVen Brigade group and Damden properties are coming up with some interesting residential projects in mysore now.
Latest Answer: They are selling at Rs 3350 per sq ft I think. And the location is brilliant. Right next to Ramakrishna Ashram and Vidyalaya, and Mysore Eye Hospital, Chandrakala, are all within 3 kms. City life will be very satisfactory

Latest Answer: Honestly, according to me I don't Mysore is ready for so much expansion just as yet. Definitely it will put a strain on infrastructure facilities. People will end up having to compromise a lot. Banks and everything will become costly.
