Q: Please check the CDP plan, BBMP rules before buying this apartment. According to my knowledge they have violated all the rules. Please be very careful and you may lose hard earned money.

Latest Answer: I checked one more legal, Hoysala samruddhi constructed 11 floor. But they have only 30ft approach road from both the sides. BDA/BBMP rules never ever says to construct such a tall building. BDA/BBMP rules will not give the permission for half ( 5 floors ) of the total floors. BDA/BBMP also most corrupt in Bangalore.
