Q:Give description about your Question.Hello Experts, I've owned flat at Dattanagar, Ambegaon (Bd) which was booked on Y r 2010. I got it's possession on April 2011, from August'11Started paying my electricity bill. But mybuilder kept hold on property completion as he is still building his own flat. My query is whether completion certificate is mandatory for property tax liability, we didn't received any initimation from PMC yet.And whether we have to pay prop. Tax since our possession or after receiving completion cerGtificate of our building?Regards,NG
