Need more information on the land khata and other details
Q: I have booked a flat in this apartment and the builder has provided B khata for the apartment. Although he says the property is registered under A Khata. Will I run into any issues in the future? Also could you please let me know the reputation and quality of the builder. Many thanks

Latest Answer: Thanks for the replies. Is it advisable to take home loan from the same bank to which the builder is tied up to?
